5.7 3-way diverter valve
B Power OFF the appliance.
B Disconnect the boiler electrical connection.
B Turn off service cocks.
B Drain appliance.
B Unplug connector from 3-way valve motor.
B Pull out retaining clip.
B Remove motor.
B Open pipe joints.
B Remove 3-way valve.

After refitting:
B Fill system, bleed and re-pressurise (see Installation
Instructions).
5.8 Domestic Hot Water Heat
Exchanger
B Power OFF the appliance.
B Turn off service cocks.
B Drain appliance.
B Open pipe joints.

B Remove the domestic hot water heat exchanger.
After refitting:
B Fill system, bleed and re-pressurise (see Installation
Instructions).
5.9 Electrode assembly
B Power OFF the appliance.
B Disconnect the boiler electrical connection.
B Unscrew the two fixing screws and carefully remove
the electrode assembly. Refer to fig. 1).
B Remove electrode assembly and bracket and check
for wear, deposits and mechanical damage.
B Replace assembly if necessary.
