Returns the number of ticks from the real time
clock at execution time. With the quartz built in,
1 tick = 0.1 s. Without, it may be 10% more or
less. So the quartz is inevitable prerequisite for
the clock being useful in medium to long range.
Recalls the time from the real time clock at ex-
ecution, displaying it in the format hh.mmssdd in
24h-mode. Chose FIX 6 for best results.
