Usage Features:

  • Drawer Removal (Grass & TM):

    1. Open the drawer until the runners are at full extension.
    2. In a smooth motion, lift the front of the drawer to disengage the runner from the connectors on the back of the drawer. A "click" sound indicates proper separation. If the drawer does not lift easily, do not force it; try again.
    3. The drawer can then be safely removed from the unit. Emphasizes not to damage the unit in the process.

  • Drawer Installation (Grass & TM):

    1. Fully extend the drawer runners out of the unit.
    2. Place the drawer onto the runners, ensuring the groove of the drawer sides and the runner mechanism are aligned.
    3. Pull forward the protruding lips on the ends of the runners until a "click" is heard, indicating the drawer is properly located and secured.
    4. Push the drawer back into the unit.

  • Frontal Attachment (Grass Standard, Deep, Glass):

    1. Attach the frontal fixings to the drawer frontal using specified screws (3x15mm for standard, 5x15mm for deep/glass) in provided pilot holes.
    2. Attach the drawer front by pushing the frontal onto the sides, aligning the mechanism with the fixings.

  • Glass Panel Attachment (Grass Glass Drawer):

    1. Push the button on the back of the drawer side.
    2. Slide the glass panel into the opening at the back of the drawer side.
    3. Push the glass panel forwards into the opening at the front until a "click" is heard.

  • Frontal Attachment (TM Standard, Mid, Deep, Glass):

    1. Secure drawer side fixing clips using specified screws (2x21mm for standard, 1x15mm and 2x21mm for mid/deep, 2x15mm and 2x21mm for mid/deep glass) in pilot holes.
    2. Push-fit drawer side fixing clips onto the drawer side.
    3. For TM Mid & Deep drawers, clip the gallery rail into the top corners of the metal back panel.
    4. For TM Mid & Deep Glass drawers, fit glass sides with end caps, guiding the groove onto the frontal fixing clip and into the metal back. Depress the rear end clip release catch to remove.

Maintenance Features:

  • Drawer Frontal Adjustment (Grass Standard, Deep, Glass):

    1. Height Adjustment: Loosen the top two screws (or bottom screw for standard) at the front of the drawer. Turn the bottom screw (or top screw for standard) to adjust frontal height. Once in the desired position, re-tighten the top screws. For deep and glass drawers, the rear elevation can also be adjusted by turning a screw at the back of the drawer.
    2. Left/Right Adjustment: Press the fixing clips halfway in, located at the bottom of the frontal on both sides of the drawer. Adjust the position of the drawer frontal (left or right). Release the frontal fixing clips on both sides to secure the frontal in the new position.

  • Drawer Frontal Adjustment (TM Standard, Mid, Deep, Glass):

    1. Left and Right Adjustment: Turn the designated screw to adjust the drawer frontal left & right. This process should be repeated on both sides.
    2. Up & Down Adjustment: Turn the designated screw to adjust the drawer frontal up & down. This process should be repeated on both sides.
    3. Lock Position: Tighten the designated screw to lock the drawer frontal in position. This process should be repeated on both sides.
    4. Remove Frontal: To remove the frontal, release the fixing clip by turning the locking plate screw shown. This process should be repeated on both sides.

  • Drawer Cover Caps (Grass & TM):

    1. Fit drawer cover caps over the drawer side adjustment.
    2. Position the far side edge into place.
    3. Press the cover cap against the drawer side to secure it in place. Repeat on the opposite side.

General Safety and Best Practices:

  • A warning is provided that removing and installing a drawer is the same process for Standard, Mid, Deep, and Glass Drawers.
