Why is the measured value too high on my wtw Oxi 330?
    • C
      Charles ReidAug 9, 2025
If the measured value from your wtw Oxygen Equipment is too high, it could be due to a high share of solutes or air bubbles hitting the membrane with high velocity. Correct the solubility function by entering the salinity equivalent. Ensure the flow doesn't directly meet the membrane. Note that if the carbon dioxide pressure is too high (over 1 Bar), no measurement is possible.

What to do if my wtw Oxi 330 shows inadmissible calibration?
    • J
      jerrywatsonAug 17, 2025
If your wtw Oxygen Equipment shows an inadmissible calibration, it might be due to several reasons: * The electrolyte solution may be used up. * The membrane could be contaminated. * The electrode system may be poisoned. In such cases, regenerate the probe or clean the membrane.

Why is the measured value too low on my wtw Oxi 330?
    • V
      Vanessa MasonAug 25, 2025
If the measured value from your wtw Oxygen Equipment is too low, it might be due to insufficient flow. Ensure adequate flow is provided.

What to do if the indication range is exceeded on wtw Oxi 330?
    • W
      whitejonathanSep 1, 2025
If your wtw Oxygen Equipment's indication range is exceeded, it could be due to a short circuit between the gold and lead electrodes. Check the probe and exchange it if necessary.
