What to do if Wylie Paint Sprayer pump output is very low?

If the Wylie Paint Sprayer pump output is very low or erratic, several issues could be the cause. First, make sure the spray tank isn't low, causing air to enter the pump; if so, fill the tank and bleed air by removing the top plug. Also, ensure the tank ball valve is fully open and the strainer isn't plugged; clean the strainer screen if needed. Check for a collapsed suction hose and replace it if necessary. Inspect the suction system for air leaks by tightening fittings and looking for cracks, applying thread sealant to pipe threads. Ensure the control bypass is disengaged by closing the blue bypass lever. Adjust the pressure control knob by screwing it in to increase pressure. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the pump may be malfunctioning.
