What to do if my XINDAK XA6950 speaker has no sound?
    • R
      Rachel NguyenJul 26, 2025
If your XINDAK Amplifier speaker has no sound, there could be several reasons: * If 'Error-1' is displayed when starting, a DC input may have occurred. Try disconnecting the corresponding input. If it still doesn't work and 'Error-1' is displayed during use, it needs repair. * If 'Vol---' is displayed, release mute. * If the display is flickering and showing a high temperature, the amplifier is in high-temperature protection mode. Shutdown and let it cool down. * Ensure the sound source is open. * Check and replace the signal wire or speaker wire if broken. * Make sure the signal selector switch is correctly tuned to your sound source.

Why is the noise so loud on my XINDAK XA6950 Amplifier?
    • J
      jenniferhamiltonAug 2, 2025
If the noise level is too high on your XINDAK Amplifier, it could be due to: * A high root noise from the sound source. Try using a sound source with a higher Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). * Poor signal shielding. Try changing to a signal wire with better shielding.

What to do if left and right channels are confused on XINDAK XA6950?
    • Y
      youngbarbaraAug 18, 2025
If the left and right channels are confused on your XINDAK Amplifier, it might be because the signal source input phase is opposed. Connect according to the left and right channel indications. Also, check if the speaker wires to the channels have been exchanged or if the positive and negative are reversed.
