What to do if my XPower Dryer does not start?

  If your XPower Dryer isn't starting, first ensure it's getting electricity by checking the power supply. Then, remove and reconnect the power cord to ensure it's properly plugged in. Also, check the circuit breaker; if it has tripped, disconnect the dryer, reset the breaker, and reconnect. Finally, if the thermal switch is triggered, turn off and unplug the dryer, clean or replace the filters, and try again after it cools down completely.

Why is my XPower Dryer making abnormal noises?

  If your XPower Dryer is running with abnormal speed or noise, first check for any blockages in the air inlet or outlet. Remove any obstructions and clean or replace the filters. If the issue persists, it might be due to worn-out carbon brushes in the motor, or leakage on the hose. For carbon brushes please contact XPOWER for more assistance. If there is a leakage on the hose, try to fix it or replace the hose.
