Programmable Features
The TR300 Treadmill provides 24 programs (P1,P2,P3……P24). Fourteen of them (P1-P14)
have only preset speed program while the last 10 (P15-24) have combinational speed and
incline both programmed. Be aware of the last 10 programs which are designed for the ad-
vanced users so that children under age of 16 are not recommended. Each program has its
specic speed variations.
To Select and Start a Preset Program
1. Make sure the machine is in the stop position, single press Stop to enter into resetting
state. Press Program to choose desired program (P1,P2, …..P24), then press and re-
lease Start to begin the program with default values.
2. Each program will continue 30 minutes. This is preset values. After every one minute
during the program, the program and speed can be altered manually or automatically. 3
Seconds before the ending of program a buzzer will sound three times, then the running
belt will come to a stop.
HRC Program
1. Press PROGRAM buttons to select the HRC mode that you want and press enter.
2. The pre-set value of time is 30:00, and the range is from 05:00 to 99:00. Press Fast/ Slow 5/6
buttons to modify and press ENTER to continue to the next step.
3. Press 5/6 button to adjust the weight and press enter.
4. Press 5/6 buttons to adjust the age and press enter.
5. Press5/6 to adjust target Heart Rate.
6. Press START to execute your program, or press START button to start training directly,
7. Press “STOP” button to stop your workout or pull safety key away from its position to shut down
the computer.
Note: When heart rate is lower than target, incline will increase to increase level of workout rais-
ing heart rate. When heart rate reaches target, no changes will be made. When heart rate is higher
than target, incline will decrease to lower heart rate. If heart rate does not lower and incline is not
able to lower any further, the machine will stop to protect user.
