Installation and Commissioning
Connection to Inovonics Panel
The included Inovonics transmitter can send alarms to all compatible panels, see
http://www.inovonics.com/products/add-on-receivers/
and
http://www.inovonics.com/products/serial-receivers/
Please connect the panels according to the respective Inovonics manual with the
following details:
• Make sure, that the transmitter is registered as 2-alarm transmitter
Alarm 1: Intruder in main zone or creepzone; always on during
commissioning
Alarm 2: Any kind of tamper or sabotage (alignment, bracket switch, cover
switch, anti masking, electronic compass); also always on during
commissioning
• Make sure that 2 minute Inactivity time frame is set.
Tamper: used as `alive signal`; triggers every 120 seconds if no other alarm
occurs to avoid Inactivity alarm; do not assign any output
low power: triggers when battery down
inactivity: triggers when nothing received to more than 120 seconds
