• Fit Vented Loops.
• Check bottom valve gasket (16)
and joker valve (33).
• Open outlet seacock.
• Fully shut ush control lever (23).
• Check joker valve (33), discharge
hose or outlet seacock for blockage.
• Remove pump and check for block-
age.
• Check piston o-ring (30), bottom
valve gasket (16) & joker valve
(33).
• Open inlet seacock.
• Fully open ush control lever (23)
• Open ush control lever (23)
• Check top valve gasket (21) and
piston o-ring (30)
• Check inlet hose connections are
airtight
• Shorten inlet hose from main sea-
cock
• Do not t a vented loop between in-
let seacock & pump
• Fit between pump & bowl
• Fit non-return valve (29295-1011)
next to inlet seacock
