DESCRIPTION BEHAVIOR
CAN messages are not being received from other
nodes - (RH Traction Node 3, Pump Node 5)
Traction Disabled, Truck disabled if appears at key-
on.
Probable Causes and Test Procedures
6. Disconnect each motor controller, one at a time, key ON the truck and try to connect with PC Service
Tool. If PC Service Tool connects with one controller disconnected, that controller or its harness connec-
tions are suspect.
a. Does PC Service Tool connect with one of the motor controllers disconnected?
YES- The disconnected controller is likely at fault.
NO- Proceed to step 6b.
b. Turn off the truck, reconnect all motor controllers, disconnect the handle, re-key the truck, and re-
connect with the PC Service Tool. Does PC Service Tool connect?
YES- The handle is likely at fault.
NO- The Dash display is likely at fault.
