DESCRIPTION BEHAVIOR
Traction U, V, W bridge voltage out of range (low
or high) with MOSFETs off - (Pump Node 5)
Pump Disabled. No Lift / Aux Hydraulic functions.
Probable Causes and Test Procedures
4. Check for controller damage:
a. Turn key switch OFF and disconnect battery.
b. Disconnect U,V, & W cables to the controller.
c. Measure resistance from each U, V, & W terminal to B+ (with Pos lead on B+ & Neg Lead on
phase terminal).
d. Measure resistance from each U, V, & W terminal to B− (with Pos lead on phase terminal, and Neg
lead on B−).
e. Is any reading less than 1k Ohms?
YES- Controller is defective, contact Service Engineering.
NO- Unknown cause, contact Service Engineering.
