Why is the red indicator flashing on my Yamaha Speaker System?

If the red indicator on your Yamaha Speaker System is flashing, it could be due to the USB flash drive not being correctly connected. To resolve this, terminate the update by touching 'z', then properly connect the USB drive, and try the firmware update again. Another cause might be that the firmware data file was not properly saved to the USB drive. In this case, terminate the update by touching 'z', disconnect the USB drive, ensure the file name hasn't been changed and is stored in the root folder, then reconnect the USB drive and retry the update.
