Installation

Assemble Lower Handle

Attach the lower handle to the mower deck using screws and ensure proper alignment.

Assemble Grass Bag

Operation

Filling with Engine Oil

Check and fill engine oil using SAE 30 or equivalent, ensuring level is between Min. and Max. marks.

Filling with Engine Fuel

Refuel outdoors in a well-ventilated area with the engine stopped, using unleaded petrol.

Setting the Cutting Height

Adjust cutting height lever to one of five positions. Never use lowest for first cut or drought conditions.

Starting the Engine

Prime engine, pull start/stop bar, and pull starter cord. Follow procedures for cold/warm starts.

Mowing with Collection Bag

Observe safety procedures. Mow with grip on handle and start/stop bar. Mow across slopes, avoid steep slopes.

Maintenance and Storage

Storing for Short Periods

Allow engine to cool, empty grass bag, clean deck, store on flat surface in dry, safe place.

Storing for Extended Periods

Empty fuel tank, run engine dry, change oil, coat cylinder with oil, clean fins, store in well-ventilated place.

Maintenance Schedule

Adhere to recommended schedule for cleaning, air filter, spark plug, and oil changes for optimal performance.

Cleaning

Keep machine clean and lubricated. Clear debris, do not use water jet or aggressive cleaners.

Cleaning or Replacing Air Filter

Remove cover, tap or replace filter. Ensure filter element is installed before running engine.

Cleaning or Replacing Spark Plug

Remove, clean with wire brush, set gap to 0.7-0.8mm, and reinstall spark plug carefully.

Changing the Oil

Tilt mower, drain oil, refill with SAE 30 or 10W/30, checking level with dipstick.

Replacing the Cutting Blade

Wear gloves, remove blade bolt and blade, inspect adaptor, fit new blade, tighten bolt securely.
