Drive Control Lever

Used to engage self-
propelled front motion of the
lawn mower.
Starter Handle
Used for starting the engine or blade
(electric start models DO NOT have).
Electric start models only can be started
with the electric start key.
Grass Catcher
Height Adjuster
Used to adjust cutting height of the lawn
mower.
Mulch Door
Allows conversion to discharge or bagging operations.
NOTE: To convert to side discharge, install deflector.
Operator Presence Control Bar
Must be held down to the handle to start the engine or engage the blades.
Release the bar to stop the blade/engine.

closed if bag is not attached.
