4. Enter the direct call pickup code in the Direct Call Pickup Code field.
5. Click Confirm to accept the change.
Note
To configure the direct call pickup code on a per-line basis via web user interface:
1. Click on Account.
2. Select the desired account from the pull-down list of Account.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Enter the direct call pickup code in the Direct Call Pickup Code field.
5. Click Confirm to accept the change.
To pick up a call directly:
1. Pick up the handset.
The direct pickup code above is configured on a global, which applies to all accounts.
