4. Each part description
① Power LED
When the power is ON, LED (green) lights up.
② TOOL LED (TOOL 1-4)
Paired TOOL number lights up in green.
When the tightening is OK, it lights up in green. If not OK, it lights up in
red.
③ USB connector
Connector for connection of USB memory, to save tightening data, setting
data, etc.
④ Pairing button
Button for pairing with the tool.
⑤ RS-232C connector
Port for communication with external device. Use RS-232C cable (9P
male: straight) for communication.
⑥ Ethernet connector
Connector for Ethernet connection.
⑦ I/O terminal block
Terminal block for input and output. It has 8 points for input and output
respectively, and 24 V output.
The terminal block is removable, but keep checking the terminal No. on
the terminal block when attaching, and take great care to avoid
misconnection.
⑧ Connector for PC-1
Connector for the cable for PC-1.
⑨ Connector for DS-1
Connector for the cable for DS-1.
⑩ Power switch
Switch to turn ON/OFF the power to the wireless unit.
If the unit is not used, turn the switch OFF.
⑪ AC adapter terminal
Terminal for connection of AC adapter.
⑫ Period of replacement of
battery
Period of replacement of the built-in battery (coin type lithium battery
(CR2032).
