G. Troubleshoong
Symptoms:
1. Device is offline.
- If sensor is not connected to the cloud, press the SET buon on the Temperature Weatherproof
Sensor once
- If Hub is offline, reconnect the Hub to the Internet and press the SET buon on the
Weatherproof Temperature Sensor once
- If Hub is not on, power on the Hub again and press the SET buon on the Weatherproof
Temperature Sensor once
- If sensor is out of range with Hub, relocang the sensor or Hub may be required
- For a device with low-baery indicators or alerts or if the condion of the baeries is in
queson, replace the baeries with two premium “AAA” lithium baeries
2. Receive noficaons out of the alert range: Alert sengs are not saved. Refer to “Details page”
secon on page 9 & 10
