Ensure proper and complete battery charging by examining the battery charger and discussing charging duration with the user. Overheating can also cause this; extreme usage might trigger the power module to reduce maximum currents for protection. Check the wheelchair in freewheel mode for extreme resistance on rolling or turning. For DX2 controls, the gyro module (if present) might not be connected correctly or functioning properly, causing controllers to switch to SystemSlowDown mode; inspect the gyro cabling and replace the gyro module if necessary.
