There are several reasons why your Zanussi Microwave Oven might not be heating. The oven might be deactivated, so try activating it. Also, check if the clock is set and ensure that all necessary settings are correctly configured. The automatic switch-off feature could be activated; refer to the manual section on "Automatic switch-off". If the Child Lock is enabled, consult the "Using the Child Lock" section. A blown fuse could also be the cause; if it continues to blow, contact a qualified electrician. An electrical fault may have occurred, in which case you should deactivate the oven using the house fuse or safety switch, then reactivate it. If the error code reappears, contact customer support.
