  • Conventional Cooking: Suitable for baking and roasting food on a single shelf position.
  • Turbo Grilling: Designed for roasting large meat joints or poultry with bones on one shelf position, as well as for making gratins and browning dishes.
  • Pizza Function: Specifically for baking pizza, achieving intensive browning and a crispy bottom.
  • Turbo Grilling + MW: Combines Turbo Grilling with microwave boost (power range 100-600 W) for roasting large meat pieces on one level, making gratins, and browning.
  • True Fan Cooking + MW: Combines True Fan Cooking with microwave boost (power range 100-600 W) for baking on one shelf position.
  • Defrost: Used for defrosting meat, fish, and cakes, with a power range of 100-200 W.
  • Reheat: For heating up pre-prepared meals and delicate food, with a power range of 300-700 W.
  • Microwave: For general heating up and cooking, with a power range of 100-1000 W.

Assisted Cooking: The Assisted Cooking submenu provides a selection of additional functions and pre-set dishes with recommended heating functions, temperatures, and times. This feature allows for quick preparation of dishes using default settings, which can be adjusted during cooking. Some dishes also offer a "Weight Automatic" option.

Clock Functions: The oven includes several clock functions:

  • Minute Minder: Sounds a signal when the set time ends.
  • Cooking Time: Sounds a signal when the set time ends and stops the heating function.
  • Time Delay: Allows postponing the start and/or end of cooking, with a maximum setting of 23 hours and 59 minutes.
  • Uptimer: A function that has no effect on oven operation but tracks elapsed time. It can be turned on and off via the Menu Settings.

These clock functions are available for True Fan Cooking, Conventional Cooking, Turbo Grilling, Pizza Function, Turbo Grilling + MW, and True Fan Cooking + MW.

Automatic Switch-off: For safety, the appliance automatically switches off after a certain period if a heating function is active and no settings are changed. This feature does not apply to the Light and Time Delay functions.

Cooling Fan: The appliance is equipped with a cooling fan that automatically activates during operation to keep the surfaces cool. It may continue to operate even after the appliance is turned off until the oven has cooled down.

  • For drinks, place a spoon in the bottle or glass to ensure even heat distribution.
  • Food in microwave-safe packaging can be placed directly in the oven.
  • Avoid overcooking by setting appropriate power and time.
  • Do not cook eggs or snails in their shells. Pierce the yolk of fried eggs before reheating.
  • Pierce food with skin or peel several times before cooking.
  • Cut vegetables into similar-sized pieces.
  • After cooking, remove food and let it stand for a few minutes to allow heat to distribute evenly.

Energy Saving Tips:

  • Keep the appliance door closed during operation and avoid opening it frequently.
  • Ensure the door gasket is clean and properly fixed.
  • Use metal cookware for non-microwave functions to improve energy saving.
  • Preheat the appliance only when necessary.
  • Minimize breaks between baking multiple dishes.
  • Utilize fan-assisted cooking functions to save energy.
  • Leverage residual heat: the fan and lamp continue to operate after turning off, and the display shows residual heat. This heat can be used to keep food warm or warm up other dishes.
  • For cooking durations over 30 minutes, reduce the temperature 3-10 minutes before the end of cooking to utilize residual heat.
  • Turn off the internal lamp during cooking and only turn it on when needed.
