Connecting the Heater: The heater connects to a ventilation tube on the oven. The base of the heater is placed into the tube, and the tube is stretched around the heater, observing "Do Not Cover" markings. Small gaps between the heater and the ventilation tube are normal and do not allow bed bugs to escape, as they experience thermal shock and cannot move towards the heater when it's on.
