What to do if my ZCS 7000-BE-24 shows input overvoltage?
    • B
      Brittany WrightAug 11, 2025
If the ZCS Battery Charger shows an input overvoltage error, it means the AC input voltage is too high. First, check the input voltage from the back-end. If the voltage remains higher than 264Vac for a short while, allow time for the grid to restore a suitable voltage level.

What to do if my ZCS 7000-BE-24 Battery Charger displays input overcurrent?
    • K
      kyle81Aug 20, 2025
If the ZCS Battery Charger displays an input overcurrent error, it indicates that the AC input current is too high. You should check for a low resistance connection between the charger cable's AC outputs. Also, immediately switch off the circuit breaker for the leakage current of the power distribution.

What to do if my ZCS 7000-BE-24 shows input undervoltage?
    • M
      Mary HernandezAug 31, 2025
If the ZCS Battery Charger is showing an input undervoltage error, it means the AC input voltage is too low. To solve this, check the input voltage from the back-end.
