16.The camera won't retain settings
Make sure that you have been saving the changes to any
parameter settings that you made while in Setup mode, by
pressing OK after setting changed. The camera will also reset
after power o󰀨 for a certain time, and relevant parameters need
to be reset.
17.Moisture or ants inside the camera?
(1)To ensure humidity or rain is kept out of the camera, please
lock the camera latch and the DC plug rmly in place.
(2)Ants could be attracted by low level electronic vibrations, and
enter through any gaps between the exterior and interior of the
camera. Please make sure the DC plug is attached securely.
(3). When the camera lens is fogged up. Please turn on the
camera and place the camera in a dry environment. The fog in
the camera disappears after a week.
