PROBLEM SOLUTION
The steamer fails to heat up
• Make sure the plug has been inserted
properly.
• Make sure it is supplied with power.
• Check power key on the product.
The steamer fails to generate steam
• Check water level in the water tank.
• Make sure the water tank has been
xed properly.
• Press the steam switch rmly.
• Keep the dish vercally or horizontally
(if you hold the dish horizontally: make
sure that the end of the hose in the
tank is submerged in water.
Leaking water tank
• Make sure the permissible water level
in the tank has not been exceeded.
• Make sure the water inow in the
tank has been xed properly.
• Keep the dish vercally or horizontally
(if you hold the dish horizontally: make
sure that the end of the hose in the
tank is submerged in water.
During operaon, loud buzzing or
pumping sounds are emied
• Check water level in the tank. If water
is insucient or missing, pour water
into the tank.
Water gushes from the steam outlet
• When steamer is not hot yet, press
power key and then let the machine
heat up for 40 seconds – then press
the steam switch.
Note!
Do not use the steamer directly on metal clothing items as it may cause them to
fade. If there are any metal accessories on the clothes, be careful when using the
steamer.
