What to do if there is moisture downstream in my ZEKS 1200HSFW400 Air Conditioner?

If you notice moisture downstream in your ZEKS Air Conditioner, several factors could be the cause. First, there might be a drain failure or the timer needs adjustment. Try depressing the “TEST” button. If the drain valve operates, adjust the timing as described in Section 6.3. If 'DRAIN TEST' is displayed, but the valve doesn't open, make sure the wiring connections are secure and power is being applied to the solenoid coil. If it still doesn’t open, clean the valve as described in the Maintenance Section of this manual. If the display doesn't show 'DRAIN TEST', contact your distributor.
