14 TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
The flow of steam does not come out regularly and
is accompanied by water spray.
The boiler has been filled with too much water.
Unscrew the safety valve, turn the device up side
down and drain the excess water. Be careful not
to overfill the appliance (max 1.6 litres).
The steam cleaner is ready for use but no steam is
released.
The steam plug has not been correctly attached.
Check the plug has been correctly inserted into
the steam socket.
The steam intensity regulator is in its closed
position (0).
The accessory is clogged.
Turn the steam intensity regulator to the open
position 1-6.
Check the accessories.
An accessory becomes detached during use. The accessory has not been properly connected. Connect the accessory properly.
