Why does my Zero B Water Filtration System water taste bad?
    • A
      Anthony AndersonAug 1, 2025
The water might taste bad because the product water tank is dirty. In this case, sanitize the storage tank. Another reason might be that the purified water has been kept for a long time; drain the water, clean the tank, and refill it with fresh water. Also, the filters might be exhausted, so call the Service Engineer to check them.

What to do if the water flow stops or reduces in my Zero B Water Filtration System?
    • J
      Jose PerezAug 16, 2025
If the water flow stops or reduces, first check if the tap water valve is closed and open it. If there is no tap water supply, close the valve. Low tap water temperature can also reduce purified water flow. Also, ensure the power supply is switched ON. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the pre-filter, sediment filter, RO membrane, or resin carbon filter might be choked, and you should call a Service Engineer for replacement.
