Maintenance Report: Labels
1. Refer to Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 and Table 1. Inspect the C-Arm and verify that all
applicable labels for the model being installed are present and legible. If labels are
required, contact the Ziehm Service department
2. Inspect the C-Arm and verify that the certification, serial number, and model
labels are present and legible. Record the model number and serial number in the
box below. If new labels are required, contact the Ziehm Service department.
