Next, check the power supply by verifying that the power plug is correctly fitted and the switch is on. Also, confirm that the tap loom is securely connected to the HydroTap unit. Additionally, verify that the Child safety lock is off. Finally, the program may be in OFF cycle, so check the LCD for information.

Ensure the power plug is correctly fitted and the switch is turned ON. Also, verify the tap loom connection to the HydroTap unit. Check the LCD for information if the program is in OFF cycle. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may indicate an internal fault, and you should contact your authorised Service Provider.

  If you're not getting hot water from the mixer of your Zip Water Heater, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The hot tank might be empty because of excessive use; in this case, simply wait for the tank to refill and reheat. Alternatively, there could be a faulty venturi check valve, which would need to be replaced.

  If the water from your Zip Water Heater isn't hot, the unit might be in Sleep Mode. To resolve this, momentarily operate the HydroTap Hot lever and wait for the Red LED to stop flashing. Alternatively, the unit may have just come out of an OFF cycle, so wait for the Red LED to stop flashing. If neither of these resolves the issue, it could indicate a possible internal fault, and you should contact your authorised Service Provider.
