WORKOUT PROGRAMMES
Select one of 99 automatic workout programmes, pressing the PROGRAM (P) button until the relevant
number is displayed on the screen.
After you make your selection, the TIME window shows blinking ‘30:00’.
Workout programme time can be set using SPEED buttons.
The set workout time is divided into 20 stages proportionally. The table presents the stages and
corresponding speeds and inclination angles for every workout programme.

Press START to start a programme.
CUSTOM PROGRAMMES
The computer offers three custom programmes that you can define: U1, U2, and U3.
SETTING A CUSTOM PROGRAMME
Press PROGRAM (P) in the standby mode to select a custom programme. Consecutive numbers
of automatic programmes and then custom programmes are displayed on the panel.
When a relevant programme is displayed, press MODE (M) to edit the first section of the
programme.
Use SPEED to set the speed.
Use INCLINE to set the incline of the running belt.
Press MODE (M) to confirm parameter settings for the first section and proceed to the second
one.
Programmes are made up of 20 sections. Repeat the procedure above until all sections are set.
The programmes are saved in memory until they are edited. Data are not lost in case of a power
outage.
STARTING A CUSTOM PROGRAMME

selection, the TIME window shows blinking ‘30:00’.
Use SPEED , INCLINE to set the training duration. The set training time is
proportionally divided into 20 stages.
To start press START.
COUNTDOWN MODE
Press MODE (M) to select one of 3 countdown modes.
Use SPEED , INCLINE buttons to set the countdown value.
The treadmill and countdown will be started once you press START.
COUNTDOWN PARAMETERS
TIME: the initial countdown value is 30 min.
The time can be set from 5 to 99 minutes (one-minute steps).
CALORIES: the initial countdown value is 50 kcal.
The calories value can be set from 20 to 990 kcal (ten-kcal steps).
DISTANCE: the initial countdown value is 1 km.
The distance value can be set from 1,0 to 99,9 km (1 km steps).
