  When there's too much food in the Zline Refrigerator or food contains excessive water, heavy defrosting can cause the water pan to overflow. Remove any excess food and avoid overloading the refrigerator. Also, ensure that the doors are properly closed, as improperly closed doors can lead to frosting from air entry and increased water from defrosting, which can also cause the water pan to overflow.
