Why is the compressor not operating in my Zline RFM-W?
    • S
      stevestewartAug 20, 2025
If the compressor in your Zline Refrigerator isn't running, there could be several reasons. The internal protector may be open to protect the compressor, and it will reset automatically in about 6 minutes. Also, the freezer might be in a defrosting cycle, which is normal for full-automatic defrosting refrigerators. Defrosting cycle is performed periodically. Make sure the refrigerator is properly plugged in and that the temperature settings are correct. Finally, check for a power failure; the refrigerator should start working again when power is restored.

Why does dampness accumulate on the inner walls of my Zline Refrigerator?
    • D
      Diana FosterAug 25, 2025
Dampness on the inner walls of your Zline Refrigerator can occur due to hot and humid weather, which increases icing and condensation – this is normal. Also, frequent opening of the doors or leaving them ajar for extended periods can cause dampness. Do not open the door frequently and close the doors completely.
