The system beeps at
startup
For some versions of
the DVR firmware,
this beeping will be
normal.
There is no issue with your system.
The system is
constantly beeping
The DVR is beeping
when motion is
detected
Under the [Event Management] menu, access
the [Motion Detection] page and configure
the motion detection settings. Please visit
Section 4.1 of this user manual for further
instructions.
I cannot add the
device to my Zsight
account
The device is already
tethered to a
preexisting Zsight
account.
For security purposes, our Zsight servers
restrict each device to one linked Zsight
account. It is possible that your device is
currently linked to another account. Please
email support@zmodo.com providing your
Device ID and we will promptly resolve the
issue.
My camera can't
zoom in
The camera does not
support the zoom
functionality
In many cases, cameras do not support a
zoom feature, but only pan-tilt. These
cameras are called 'PT' cameras. Please check
to see your camera's supported functionality.
