pools of up to 25,000 gallons. If your pool is larger than 25,000 gallons do not
install this unit but ask your pool professional about a Nature
2
“G” or “A” model

Mounting the Vessel Clamp Assembly

Install clamp assembly on PVC pipe, hand tighten, then wrench tighten 1/4 turn.

Cutting Pipe and Inserting Components

Use hole saw to cut pipe and insert flow diverter and outer housing onto assembly.

Install Cartridge and Verify Operation

Thread cartridge, set reminder, open valves, turn on pump, and check for leaks.

Operation and Maintenance

Filtration and Circulation

Follow pump directions, operate at least 6 hours daily, check filter periodically.

Replacing The Cartridge

Replace cartridge every six months using the month indicator ring. Follow specific steps.

Winterizing Procedures

Remove cartridge, discard, and use winterizing cap on housing for pool winterization.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

No Flow to Nature2 Express

Indicates a dirty filter; clean or backwash filter to maintain operating pressure.

Vessel Leaking

Dripping from clamp area; re-lube gasket, o-ring, and tighten nuts evenly.
