Troubleshooting Error Codes

Error Code Er1: Sample or Meter Issues

Sample too small, strip issue, meter error, or glucose < 20 mg/dL. Follow vet advice/control test.

Error Code Er2: High Glucose or Meter Issues

Strip issue, meter error, or glucose > 750 mg/dL. Follow vet advice/control test.

Error Code Er3: Incorrect Test Procedure

Blood applied before symbols or strip insertion. Wait for symbols, perform control test.
