Remove rust-preventive grease before first use.
Check for loose parts or deformation after transport.
Check and replenish oil level in the reservoir before operation.
Adjust tension by turning stud nut for neat and tight bobbin thread.
Adjust bracket position to achieve a cylindrical bobbin winding shape.
Do not overfill bobbin; optimum length is 80% capacity.
Set stitch length by turning the designated dial.
Engage reverse feed by pressing the lever; release to return to forward feed.
Adjust stroke by moving regulating ring left/right to decrease/increase.
Adjust tension by turning regulating screw clockwise/counterclockwise.
Measure needle bar height from needle plate to needle eye (22.3mm).
Align hook point with needle center and set clearance.
Adjust oil flow to rotating hook by turning screw clockwise/counterclockwise.
Adjust presser foot lift height (normal 8mm) using regulating screw.
Increase/decrease presser foot pressure by turning screw clockwise/counterclockwise.
Adjust alternate vibrating height of presser and walking feet.
Adjust lift height based on material thickness using nut and crank rod.
Time walking foot to lift/lower relative to needle for proper fabric grip.
Adjust feed dog height to 1mm above needle plate surface.
Position feed dog so needle hole center is 32.1mm from needle plate edge.
Ensure needle descends into the center of the feed dog hole.
Synchronize feed dog movement to start when needle reaches plate surface.
Remove dust and lint from feed dog slots.
Clean the rotating hook and bobbin case.
Clean dirt from the oil pump screen.
