Thank you for selecting the Advanced Guitar Effects Processor ZOOM
Player 1010 (hereafter called "1010").
Outstanding Features
25 versatile built-in individual effects.
Up to six effects can be combined in a patch, and up to 42 patches
(12 user memory patches and 30 preset patches) are available,
offering extraordinary flexibility.
Integrated auto-chromatic guitar tuner.
Integrated foot switches and informative control panel show settings
at a glance and allow easy operation like a compact effect.
Distortion effect is generated using analog circuitry, to assure rich
and natural-sounding sustain and distortion effect.
By using the optional foot controller FP01, pedal wah and volume
control are possible, for further enhanced playability.

Using the Patches (Play Mode)

Selecting a Patch

Choose group (USER/PRESET/BOTH), bank (BANK pedal), then patch (Pedals 1-3).

Adjusting Patch Level

Temporarily adjust the output level of the selected patch.

Bypassing Effects

Muting Output

Guitar Tuning Function

Automatic tuner activates in bypass/mute mode, using display for pitch indication.

Creating a Patch (Edit Mode)

Entering Edit Mode

Press the EDIT key from Play mode to access patch editing functions.

Modifying Patch Parameters

Select module and parameter using keys, then adjust value using VALUE keys.

Storing a Patch

Initiating Store Process

Press STORE key in Edit mode to enter the store standby condition.

Selecting Storage Location

Choose bank and patch number (USER group) using BANK pedal and Pedals 1-3.

Confirming and Saving Patch

Press STORE key again to save; press EDIT to cancel the process.

Reinitializing the 1010 (Special Mode)

Factory Preset Recall

Initializes the unit, restoring all USER patches to factory presets.

Procedure for Initialization

Turn off unit, then power on while holding STORE to initiate 'AL' mode.

Confirming Initialization

Press STORE again to restore all patches; press EDIT to cancel.

Power and Environment Safety

Use correct adapter, avoid extreme temp, humidity, dust, vibration.

Handling and Alterations

Avoid excessive force, drops, shocks; never open or modify the unit.

Cable Connection Safety
