app. You can use that information to improve your digital
wellbeing. You can also help your child balance the screen time
with the Family Link app.
Dashboard: Check the screen time, number of notifications,
and opened times of each app. You can set daily timers for
most apps. When the app timer ends, the app is paused for
the rest of the day.
Bedtime mode: Schedule changes to help you get ready
for sleep, like removing your screen’s colours and stopping
notifications.
Focus mode: Select distracting apps and turn on focus
mode to pause these apps and hide their notifications when
you need time to focus.
Manage notifications: Manage notification settings for
each app.
Do Not Disturb: Set Do Not Disturb options (see Using Do
Not Disturb Mode.)
Show icon in the app list: Display or hide the Digital
Wellbeing app in the app list.
Parental controls: Touch Set up parental controls to add
content restrictions and set other limits for your child with
the Family Link app.
