Google Voice Typing
Google voice typing uses the Google voice recognition service to
convert speech to text.
1. Touch to access voice typing when you are using Gboard,
or touch at the bottom right corner of the screen and
select Google voice typing.
2. When you see Speak now, speak what you want to type.
3. You can continue entering text to keep it or delete it. You can
also select a transcribed word and touch > REPLACE… to
change it.
NOTE:
Say "comma," "period," "question mark," "exclamation mark," or
"exclamation point" to enter punctuation.
Input Method Settings
Choose the input method settings by swiping up on the home
screen and touching Settings > System > Languages & input.
In the Keyboard & inputs section, you can configure onscreen
virtual keyboards and physical keyboard assistance.
Touch Spell checker to enable or disable spell checking
feature. You can touch to set more options of installed
spell checking services.
Touch Autofill service or beside it to set autofill service
provider or account.
Touch Personal dictionary to add or delete customized
words.
