Installing Your OBD II Device
1. Make sure your vehicle is parked outside in a safe location
and the engine is turned off.
2. Find your vehicle’s On-Board Diagnostics (OBD II) connector
port.
NOTES:
The OBD II port is usually located under the drivers dash
side of your car, often within 18 inches of the steering
wheel (as 1 to 8 shown in the following picture).
Write down the Wi-Fi SSID and Password information.
If you’re having trouble locating your cars OBD II port,
reference your vehicles manual.
3. Plug your device into the vehicle’s OBD II port.
