Testmaintenancereferstoconductinganoverallsystemtestbeforeusingtheterminal.
TestMaintenanceisneededbecausetheterminalisonlyusedinconferencesattimes
andtheconnectionsorfunctionsmaynotmeettherequirementsafteralongperiodof
inactivity.
Thetestmaintenanceshouldbeperformedatleasttwoorthreehoursbeforestartinga
conference.Testmaintenanceistotestthefunctionsoftheterminalanditsperipheral
equipmentafterpower-onandmeasureeachindexofthemtoensurethattheycanwork
normallyandmeettherequirementsoftheconferencetobeheld.
lIftheterminalwillnotbeusedforalongtime(over3months),itisrecommendedto
conductthepower-ontestonceinaweek.Moreover,additionalloopbacktestandjoint
debuggingwithMCUnetworkshouldbeperformedthreedaysbeforeaconference.
Afterthetest,donotpowerofftheterminalandotherequipmentimmediately.Letthe
terminalworkcontinuouslyoverthreehoursandmakesurethattheimageandvoice
areclear.
lIftheterminalisusedfrequently,itisrecommendedtoperformloopbacktheday
beforetheconferencewillbeheld,andconductjointdebuggingtestwithMCUnetwork
twohoursbeforetheconferencestarts.
Thetestresultshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:
lImageandsoundeffectisqualied.
lTheterminalcanestablishaconferenceconnectionandexittheconferencenormally.
lAnon-chairterminalcanapplyforchairtokentobecomeaconferencechairmanand
applyforspeech.Theterminalcanperformcontroloperationsasachairterminal.
lAlltheterminalscangettheLSDtokenandcontrolfar-endterminalremotely.The
terminalscanalsocontrollocalcamera(s).
lTheterminalcancontrolthevolumeandimplementthemuteanddumbfunctions
normally.
