TO SET UP AND ACCESS YOUR VOICE MAIL
Press the Message button. It will then ask for a password, use the dial pad
to enter the PIN listed above. Follow the instructions to record your name,
greeting and password.
TO REMOTELY ACCESS YOUR VOICEMAIL
Call your direct phone number and when your greeting answers press * on your
keypad followed by your personal PIN. If you do not have a direct phone number,
call your main number, ask to be transferred to your voicemail and press * when
you hear your greeting.
TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE
Lift the handset, or press the Speaker button, or press the Headset button.
Press again to hang up.
TO ANSWER WHILE ON A CALL
Press the Answer button in the display. The current call you are on will be placed
on hold automatically and you will be connected to the incoming call.
HOLD
While on a call press the Hold button. To pick up a held call, highlight the call in
the display then press Resume or simply press the Hold button again.
