  If you can see the login screen but cannot log in to your ZyXEL Communications Network Router, verify that you have entered the password correctly. Note that you cannot log in to the web configurator if someone is currently accessing the device via Telnet. Try turning the ZyXEL Device off and on. If the problem persists, reset the device to its factory defaults.
