Set Up the L2TP VPN Tunnel on the Android Device
To configure L2TP VPN on an Android device, go to Menu > Settings > Wireless &
Networks > VPN settings > Add VPN > Add L2TP/IPSec PSK VPN and configure as
follows.
VPN name is for the user to identify the VPN configuration.
