The following table describes the labels in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Activate Select this option to enable the advertising settings.
UUID To specify a UUID of the NWA/WAC’s beacon ID, enter 32 hexadecimal digits in the range of
“A-F”, “a-f” and “0-9”, split into five groups separated by hyphens (-). The UUID format is as
follows: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx (8-4-4-4-12)
Generate new
UUID
Click this button to have the NWA/WAC generate a UUID automatically.
Major Enter an integer from 0 to 65535 as the major value to identify the beacon.
Minor Enter an integer from 0 to 65535 as the minor value to identify the beacon.
OK
Click OK to save your changes back to the NWA/WAC.
Cancel Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving your changes.
