Configuration agent is one of the XRN features. You can log into one Switch of
the Fabric to configure and manage the Fabric. The functions of the configuration
agent include:
■ Distributing configuration commands to the right destination Switches or
processing modules based on the resolution result of the commands input.
■ Sending output information of the commands from the Switch you have
logged into to your terminal.
■ Supporting simultaneous configuration of multiple users.
You cannot configure the configuration agent, but can view the statistics of the
configuration agent.
Perform the following operations in all views.

The Switch provides various ways for debugging most of the supported protocols
and functions, which can help you diagnose and address the errors.
The following Switches can control the outputs of the debugging information:
■ Protocol debugging Switch controls the debugging output of a protocol.
■ Terminal debugging Switch controls the debugging output on a specified user
screen.
Figure 80 illustrates the relationship between two Switches.
