I am unable to unplug the adapter from the vehicle :
Ensure the vehicle’s charge port locking system is not engaged
Some vehicles feature an unlock button on the charge port, you
may use the vehicle’s infotainment or app to ensure proper
unlocking of the adapter through the charge port.
The adapter features a dual level locking mechanism - the first
level allows movement of the top latch. Make sure you are
pressing the top latch firmly.

I am unable to unplug the charging connector from the adapter :
The adapter features a dual level locking mechanism - the second
level allows movement of the NACS side locking pin. Make sure
you are pressing the top latch firmly.
