During a call ….
Enquiry Call

Press R then enter the internal or external phone number.
You can talk to the second party, the first one is on hold.
Releasing an Enquiry call
1 Press R then enter 1 (or [ ])
You are again in communication with the first correspondent.
Toggling between two parties
2 Press R then enter 2 (or [ ])
Making a three-party call / conference
One subscriber is on hold and you want to talk to both parties at the same time:
3 Press R then enter 3 (or [ ])
Ending the conference
Press End key
Transfering a call to another set (during a call)

Press R , enter the phone number.
Press End key
Answering a call during a conversation (call waiting) :

Press R then enter * 10 (or [ ])
Callback
The internal correspondant you want to reach is busy or does not answer.
Activate the callback
5 Press R then enter 5 (or [ ]).
As soon as the called party is free (if the line was busy) or has enabled his telephone (if absent), your
handset rings. When you answer, your called party’s set that is “in callback” also rings.
