AINTAINING THE OMM RUNNING ON A PC
The OMM is installed as a wizard and runs automatically at system start. You can start and stop
the OMM on a shell as a root user with the command:
/etc/init.d/omm_matra [start|stop|restart]
You can log to the OMM command line interface via telnet on port 8107.

To verify if the OMM is running look at process table (ps –e) for the process
omm_matra.
If the OMM does not start, delete the lock file:
“/var/lock/subsys/omm_matra”.
To delete OMM configuration remove the OMM configuration file (default:
/etc/omm_conf.txt).
